OIE unused transactions

Hi,

We have a couple of former employees who are showing Unused transactions in a Discoverer report but not in the seeded Unused Transactions Payables report. We opened up their HR, Supplier and Security records to clear these, but they are not showing up in their OIE charges. These charges are almost a year old. Does anyone have any ideas I might try?
