SLA HOT PATCH 5584908 Failed with ORA-04063: package body "APPS.CST_SLA_UPDATE_PKG"

Hi,

Apps 12.1.3

We are unable to run the SLA Hot Patch because the CST_SLA_UPDATE_PKG database package is invalid. The patch fails with:

FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 1.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 2.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 3.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 4.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 5.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 6.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 7.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 8.

When I went through the worker logs I found the following error:
