Apps 11.5.10.2Form PAXINRVW is not compiling after applying patch 12824456

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Form generation is failing with below error.

Compiling package body SPLIT...
Compilation error on package body SPLIT:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 214, column 25
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INVSTATUS'
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 214, column 7
Statement ignored


As for pre req patches customer is not using Grants Accounting

On Projects Billing rollup 4 (5644832) patch. We also have all the per-requisites

This issue looks the same as in Note 1360703.1  but is is not applicable here as PAXIMRVW.fmb version is higher(115.321) than the version in that note.
