Patch#18009337 Failed With A Syntax Error for jeitaxdo.ldt

Hello Support,

We are applying patch#18009337  and it pre-requisite patches to our test environment. When applying the merged patch it failed to upload the jeitaxdo.ldt file with following error.

Uploading from the data file /usr1/test/testappl/je/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/jeitaxdo.ldt

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN

Dump from LCT/LDT files (/usr1/test/testappl/xdo/11.5.0/patch/115/import/xdotmpl.lct(115.15), /usr1/test/testappl/je/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/jeitaxdo.ldt) to

stage tables

Dump LCT file /usr1/test/testappl/xdo/11.5.0/patch/115/import/xdotmpl.lct(115.15) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG

Dump LDT file /usr1/test/testappl/je/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/jeitaxdo.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
