Unusual Forms Behavior in R12

We have recently upgraded our TEST instance to 12.1.3 and I've experienced periodic unusual behavior in forms.  I'm using the OM group to ask this just because I've been in the order forms the most, and therefore I have seen it there most often.  I've noticed that after a period of time (maybe an hour or so) I'm no longer able to use my mouse to navigate thru the forms but can only use tab to move or navigate any further in the form...I am unable to click on another field in the form to move the cursor but tab
