Media Object File Upload can Only have one "."

FYI for customer's upgrading from a tools release prior to 9.1.2 to a newer release, or if you have already gone live on 9.1.3.x or newer and have not seen the issue yet.

Prior to tools release 9.1.2, it was possible to do Media Object attachments with double periods in the file name(Ex: Test.Test.PDF). However, in newer tools releases we get the error message "File upload failed. Files of this type have been restricted for upload by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."

As per the current design, the web client does not allow double extensions, file name should not have the period, for security reasons. This was reported in B
