BI Publisher Console Hangs when Loading Users and Groups Tab for a Security Realm

Hi folks,

I'm stuck with a problem where I need to add a user, but I cannot because in the place I need to a certain page will not load. This page is found if one navigates to the security realms and clicks on a realm (in this case, it's myrealm). So, one would be looking at the settings for myrealm. One can click on any of the tabs and the pages load fine, except for one, the Users and Groups tab. This tab does not seem to generate a response from the server. The page will load indefinitely until the browser
