Oracle VM Cluster add new host

Hi, I Ihave a cluster with Oracle VM 3.1.1 in production, and now I want tyo add a new host, I see some errors with my storage disks, specailly with my ocfs and multipath, I thin that my device have different major & minor

I am gettiong this in my actual OVM server:

[root@E1294A0012 mapper]# ls -l /dev/mapper/
