Instance Field in Service Request form

Hi,

When creating the service request, we see that the instance number field shows only the instance linked to that customer. We want the ability to link a service request for customer A against a a serial number/instance owned by some other customer, say B.

It is a valid scenario and it will be be difficult for call center agent to correct the IB before raising the SR.
