missing recent firmware?

I see that patch 147310-10 releases firmware 7.47 for the 5140 + 5240 13 days ago but this profile is missing in Ops Center. I see 7.4.7 firmware for 5440, t6320 blade....but not t5240.

What's up with that, is it related to the KB connectivity outages last week or is it my system?
