Duplicate Customer / Organization Name prevention is not working

Hello,

My customer wants to be shown warning when user enter duplicate customer name during customer creation.

I refered following notes;

- How to Prevent Duplicate Customer / Organization Name When Creating Customers (Doc ID 795032.1)

- R12 - Receive Warning 'Duplicate prevention is not available' When Querying For Customers in Customers Screen (Doc ID 558917.1)

- Duplicate Customer Name Prevention Is Not Working (Doc ID 1302995.1)

But it's still not working.

Can you please check if there is some missing setup?

1. Create a new match rule using copy of HZ_ORG_ADV_SEARCH_RULE.

  

    Responsibility: Customer Online Superuser responsibility.

    Navigation: Administration > DQM > Setup > Match Rules

    Query for HZ_ORG_ADV_SEARCH_RULE and choose copy.
