Reg:standby not syncing with production

Hi Team,

Please any one suggest my standby db is not syncing up with production.

We are getting below errors in primary and logs not shipping.

FAL[server, ARC6]: Error 12154 creating remote archivelog file 'PRSPCKL_STD' and in alert log Error 12154 received logging on to the standby.

this is 11g r2 and all services pinging and able to connect through sys. can you suggest me what is the problem here.
