Migration and Up gradation of Sites from older setup to new

Hi,

I have my full (dev, testing, contributor & production) environment on exalogic but due to some reason we are moving it out to a blade server. My current site version it 11.1.1.6. and weblogic is on lower then 11.

Now plan is that new blade server will be on weblogic 12C and Sites should be upgraded to .8 with latest patch. I need to create exact same replica of existing infrastructure for all 4 env of mine i.e clustered instance of sites etc.

My question are:

1)  Does Sites .8 work smoothly on weblogioc 12C?

2)    Does .6 work smoothly on weblogic 12C?

3)    If in my new setup I follow following step:
