Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. General Ledger - EBS (MOSC)

GL Interface shows the JE batch id however the same not exists in GL_JE_batches

Hi,

For Purchasing Inida and Inventory India Source, I ran the Journal Import and didn't find the Jouranal.

I queried the gl_interface table and found the status is "P" and it populated the batch_id and header_id.

However, the Jouranls are not created as I didn't find them in the GL_JE_BATCHES and GL_JE_HEADERS.
