Unexpected restart of managedservers in WLS-Cluster

Hi all,

we faced to  an unexpected restart of cluster nodes in live system. The steps that this effect has happend:

1- in a cluster environment with 4 managedservers, administrator had update Linux-Operating system on Node A

2- After Linux update is Host A restarted therefore

2-1 Managedserver A is before restart, is going down normally

2-2- Other Nodes (B,C,D) were on running state

3- After restart of Host, WLS and managedserver A started again and worked in cluster.

4- After approx. 1 hour, 3 other managedservers (Nodes B, C, D) restarted unexpectly.

We are looking for the reason of issue. Is there any idea or experince regarding that?
