Configure NTLM autentication

We are running an application on Oracle PL/SQL web toolkit. HTTP server is on 9i and the Database is on 10g. The authentication mode used by HTTP server to connect to the Database is NTLM.

We are migrating our application in Oracle 11g and are not able to configure NTLM autentication mode in HTTP server to connect to the Database. Configuration files are attached.

Can anyone help on this?
