OZF-TM: Refresh Materialized Views for Order Sales taking 90 minutes to run

Has anyone had a similar problem with the above concurrent request.

We are running the standard OZF-TM: Refresh Materialized Views for Order Sales on an incremental refresh, as per the solution design. Whilst this program works and completes successfully, it is taking approximately 75 to 90 minutes to complete. This is a major issue. Currently we are on Dev and CRP environments which is not processing a large number of orders and certainly not on the scale of the Production system. We have noted that the program is consuming approximately 3416.65 MB of Undo on each run.

Can anyone advise why this is taking so long?  When we move to production the volume will be vast and we need the programme to run quicker
