Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. USER_EXCHANGE_RATE_TYPE in Bank Statement Mapping

Hi Guys,

Is there any way to always input a value 'User" for the field USER_EXCHANGE_RATE_TYPE in the Bank Statement Mapping template.

We wish to upload the exchange rate details from the bank statement, but no value exists for USER_EXCHANGE_RATE_TYPE.
