Verification on patch application on Exalogic and Exadata

Hello,

I believe that the answer to my question is YES, however it is for a critical customer and I want to absolutely make sure that the answer is indeed Yes

Customer has an E-Business 12.1.3 instance on Exalogic/Exadata server. In the process of upgrading to E-Business suite release 12.2.3. Currently following note 'Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Consolidated List of Patches and Technology Bug Fixes (Doc ID 1594274.1)'. The note lists several patches that should be applied against the 11g and 10.1.2 $ORACLE_HOMEs. Looking for a confirmation that these patches are safe to apply on a Exalogic/Exadata server.
