WAYS to restore several object (200)?_?

Hi,

I don't know how to restore several objects from local (.par) to new JDE installation
1_how to check if object/proyect was restore fine, allright? to validate agains Eon1, ...???

2_I don't know how to do when are 200 object...

I hope you help me...
