RACCheck makes inaccurate recommendations

Oracle 11.2.0.3 Standard Edition

raccheck is making recommendations that are not appropriate for our environment. Specifically, it recommends implementing fast_start_mttr_target and Active Data Guard, which are Enterprise Edition features.

raccheck is also making a recommendation for "tnsping to remote listener parameter" even though we are configured for SCAN. The recommendation refers to note 453293.1, which specifies that it is not intended for SCAN environments. The previous check verifies that the environment is set up for SCAN, so it seems contradictory that this test would fail; rather, it may be more appropriate to skip this test since SCAN was already detected.
