Serialized Objects are Not Cleared for Table with TER after Deploying Update Pkg to Server

In some situations, deploying an update package does not update the serialized object specifications for a table:

Examples:

  • New TER - Table Event Rule is added to existing TERs on the table. An update package deployment does not delete the existing TER F989999 serialized specs, therefore the new TER is not added in F989999.
  • If a table with existing TER is modified by adding or removing columns, the table columns change are not re-generated in F989999.
  • A Default Value was changed on a Data Dictionary item that is being used in a table. An update package was created and deployed, but the Default Value didn't get updated.
