Hi,

Apps 12.1.3

Following 139684.1 to download patchsets.sh. Connected to sftp.oracle.com on port 2021. The directory support/outgoing/PATCHSET_COMPARE_TOOL is empty. Cannot find patchsets.sh to download. Please advise
