EBS Project Costing -- Project Subledger Status

Hello all.  I have a question about the project subledger period end status.  It appears that someone inadvertently set the DECEMBER 2014 project subledger to Close.  The only status options I have now is open, pending close, close.  Has anyone experienced this?  I am trying to find out if Oracle has a fix for this (set back to never opened).  Thank you...Becky  (see attachment please)
