How do you build a custom Table Method

 

Table Method - PA  -  Amount x Rate/Basis=Months

Lower/Upper range represents Months Service from

PARTICIPATION DATE. The amount field in the table

is multiplied times an amount/rate associated

with the employee.

I would like to change this to a User Defined Code instead of the participation date.
