Form Personalization on Users Form(FNDSCAUS)

Hi

I am creating a forms personalization for a error message to prevent the user from saving the user record if the Employee/person record has already been linked to a different user record.

The personalization works fine, if its a brand new user record is created.

Butt does not work when an existing user record is linked to a an Employee that has already been linked to a different user record.

example:

User A is linked to Employee A

create new User B and link to Employee A - works (stops you from saving this record)

look up User C (already Exists) and link to Employee A - Does not work
