How to dynamically change items/links within iProc Purchasing News

Hi,

We have a requirement to make Purchasing News to be updated dynamically. We are going to point it to a location within the network where all files that we want to show in this region will be stored. In this case, user will just delete and add files and purchasing news will be automatically updated.

Can that be accomplished using oaf page personalisation? If yes , is there a document where we can use to accomplish this? If not, what is our alternative?
