Need to enable Allocate button in Transact move orders form for WMS enabled Org.

Hi All,

I need to do a test case for a Sales Order transaction but Allocate button is disabled in transact move order screen as it is a WMS enabled org(Doc ID 889259.1) but I need that button in enabled condition, is there any setup to enable the transact move order button.
