Two Step Upgrade 7.5.3 SEA to 8.1.1.11 SIA Process

Hi Experts,

We are upgrading from 7.5.3 SEA to 8.1.1.11 SIA.

I have gone through the Upgrade Advisory for the same provided in the community.

The important information i'm looking at right now is -

In 7.5.3 SEA to 8.1.1.0 SEA Upgrade -

What all the steps in the First step Upgrade can be ignored (like compilation,UI Conflict resoulution)

In 8.1.1.0 SEA to 8.1.1.11 SIA Upgrade -

What all Pre-Upgrade activities can be ignored and any specific steps which needs to be performed

I couldn't find these details anywhere in the Bookshelf or in the community

Any Information which can be helpful for this 2 Step upgrade is appreciated
