Need help on EAI and XML Conversion

Hi

When an inbound comes for that specific order I always get

Error invoking service 'EAI Siebel Adapter', method 'Upsert' at step 'Upsert'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

--

No inserts are allowed in Integration Component 'Order Entry - Line Items'.

(SBL-EAI-04184)

I really dont know how to approach this problem. Can anyone help? also it went to the stop step and got an error

There are no matching Records with the Input Search Criteria(SBL-BPR-00136)

This is all from the workflow monitor agent.

I've tried using BS simulator to simulate BS XML Hierarchy Converter method iXMLDocToXMLHier using BS Simulator

i always get the below error
