Order line in Back order status, but back order quantity is 0

Hi All

Need your help in this issue. We had 3 quantities in stores Sub inventory in the same locator. 2 were pick released, however one is in back order status. The back order quantity is 0. I can't run the pick release again as I do not have grants for shipping. PLease suggest what can be done in this situation?
