we made a patch merge containing the following patches:

while installing the merge we get the following form compilation error on form IGIRRMSC:

I found bug 18055564 but cannot read details, can you explain me what can be the cause? where is the IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_EXT_NPC package definition?
