setting up currency - Is this also a global setting for GUI?

Hii,

when I define a currency under Administration - Data screen and then under Currencies view I can set values for scale and extended Scale. If I set the value for scale to 2 so a price should be shown like 10,99 €. Is this a global setting for all currency fields in the GUI in Siebel CRM?

And how works it, when scale is 2 and extended scale is 5. So in database is a price saved with max. 5 numbers of places after the decimal, but in GUI were only shown 2? Is this correct?

How works rounding in this case?

For example there is a calculated price like 19,99 x 6 / 4 = 29,985 (with 3
