Inline Quality

Hi;

We have scenario to perform quaility of Inline product which is not yet part of inventory and still in process and want to enter its quality results in the system . Is it possible to enter quality paramters in this scenario. System require to enter Sample of the product where in this case product is still in process and not possible to take sample. After completing five (Step1, Step2 .... Step5) process product will be produced but we want to do quality on different steps like Step1, Step2 etc. Please advice how to handle this scenario.
