hold payment

Hi Users

we need to hold a percent to employee when day receive a payment.

for example, imagine that we are going to pay a check to an employee of  10,000 thousand through expenses, but

we need to hold 10% of the value, the check would be of 9,000. how can we do this or customize that every time we pay

the employee the 10% get hold automatically.
