Faulting application HyS9WebAnalysis.exe

Hi.

In the las two days i've been getting the following error message:

Faulting application HyS9WebAnalysis.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.4937, fault address 0x0002a80f.

This is causing Web Analysys Studio service to stop.

Is there any hint as to what may be causing this fault?  Any suggestions on where to look?
