use delivered set_repo_param_11.2.0.3 script post-installation?

I have a new-ish (several months) EM12c installation that was built using the 11.2.0.3 Database Template for Preconfigured Repository.  Over the past few months, I've added the desired targets and plugins and am now examining various aspects of the EM12c system itself for performance, adding metric alerts for some of its components, etc.

In reviewing the sizing/performance considerations offered in the Advanced Installation and Configuration Guide (E24089-27), I now find myself wondering whether I actually ran one of the SQL scripts discussed in section 12.2.3.6  (set_repo_param_11.2.0.3_Database_SQL_for_EM12_1_0_3_xxx_deployment.sql).  If the install guide instructed me to do it, I most likely did but, provided I have a backup, would it be okay to run the correct size-specific script now so I can be 100% sure the database parameters are at the recommended settings?

Howdy, Stranger!
