SSSE Question

Does anybody know if an activity created in the Dispatch Board can be synced to Exchange?  We are trying to implement the Dispatch Board for our service techs and the resulting activities are not syncing to Exchange like the ones created directly in the Activities screen or in the Siebel Calendar.  I have compared the physical records in the S_EVT_ACT table and they have the same columns filled in.  I can't seem to find where it differs.  It has the Calendar and Activities display in, the type is Appointment, all of the requirements that I am aware of for a
