R12.1.3 - Need to turn OFF Quick Task upon creating SR within Contact Center

What do you adjust in order to make it so upon saving an SR within Contact Center the Quick Task window does NOT appear.  We are in the middle of a project, and had to adjust our custom responsibility names as part of UAT, and now suddenly the Quick Task window is opening upon saving the SR where in Production it is not.  The only thing that we changed was the responsibility name, so I have a feeling something needs to be refreshed in profile options, but I am not seeing anything.

Ideas?
