Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Please can any suggest below.

Customer requested to upgrade/migrate database from 11.1.0.7 to 12c .

1.What are the methods need to follow and minimize the down time.

2. If we upgrade manually to 12c from 11g, is this will coming the concept of container and pluggable or normal database behaviour only.
