Payment Accounting Issue

Hi Guru's,

                I have an Issue with Payment which is Un-accounted with Status=Partial & when we try to account the Payment it throws an Error : "Online Accounting could not be created for this Transaction"

            Please check the attached AP List along with Master GDF & kindly advise.
