P4210 don't save SO, and no error is displayed

Hi guys, we have JDE E1 9.1 TR 9.1.33, but we don't know why, but some times when a user enters a new order on P4210 and clicks ok. The appl. Doesn anyication doesn't shown any error, but the order desapears or is not saved. Does any one has an idea about this?
