Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/applprod/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pypett.lct(120.0.12010000.1), /applprod/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_ca/pycapettt.ldt) to staging tables
