Meter reads for serial number

Hi Experts,

Iam working on Oracle apps 11i .

Iam facing one issue while downlaoding the meter reads form Oracle to UGW.

Issue:  Meter reads for serial numebr(XXX) are not downloading to Oracle from UGW, There are two instances in Installed Base for this serial number and only the older (now expired) instance is receiving the meter readings.

We need the readings to come through New one  that is (Created one).

Please let me know which pprogram I need to Investigate ?
