Output file cannot be viewed properly

Hi Experts,

I have a small question regarding the viewing of output file of 'Format Payments Instructions'. The format type given is 'XSL-XML' and the output has to be viewed in XML format for SEPA implementation. But we face an error while viewing the output.

Error message:

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh

button, or try again later.

An invalid character was found in text content. Error processing resource

'http://server.domain:port/OA_CGI/FNDWRR.ex...

<SECURITY_GROUP_NAME>?????


We are facing this issue for some suppliers and no error message for some suppliers. My question is, is it supplier based with any setup issue or just the output viewing issue.
