EBS database upgrade performance issues

Hi Experts,

Oracle EBS R12.1.3 Database upgraded from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3.6.

Upgrade had negative impact, all custom concurrent programs are taking more time to complete.

As Oracle support doesn't take care of customizations, its very difficult to troubleshoot.

Gather schema statistics with 10% is scheduled every month.

I have collected AWR reports and SQLTXPLAIN on the SQL queries.

rarely programs complete in no time, but mostly custom programs take very longer time.

Do I need to change the optimizer to 11.1.0.7 (previous version) and run "Gather schema statistics"?
