How to add columns in Administration- Case -->Quality Assurance Templates?

Hi,

I have a scenario in which I want to select a QA Plan based on Case Category, Case Type and Case Status. As it only gets filtered by Case Type in vanilla, Is there any way to add Case Category and Case Status in Administration- Case -->Quality Assurance Templates?
