Unable to create a new print style with specific parameters

Hello,

I am trying to print invoice report from oracle where its showing the layout from XML as word document, my issue is that i have a specific paper size with margins: 8.27 in and 11.68 in . i need to create this paper size on oracle apps, what i noticed is that i cant create print style based on inches, is there any solution to create a new print style based on inches?
