Exadata is taking long time to execute SQL statement.

Hi

We have X3 Full RAC  Exadata and we are on latest patch level Feb 2014 but still the performance is not good i.e it is taking  very  long time to complete SQL statement.

Any idea how  to check what is going wrong here.
