Report Issue (Capex Set of Books) - concurrent request fails

Hi,

I have the below report scheduled to run every morning. It has not run successfully for the last 2 days. I successfully ran it manually yesterday. When I tried to run it manually today, however, it failed to produce an output. Please advise.

fnd_request.get_request_print_options errored out with the following message: 

CP-Generic oracle error 

Warning: Unable to set printer options for this FSG report. Using default printer options. 

fnd_request.use_current_notif errored out with the following message: 

USE_CURRENT_NOTIFICATION cannot find your concurrent request &REQUEST

USE_CURRENT_NOTIFICATION found no rows while selecting your
